How they deliver our orders/requests? This is really amazing!!! This is the only carrier that I know that they always deliver the requirement ahead of time. They deliver SIP channels in 2 days max, or even a iNET /Internet in just 2-3 days others will tell you 1 month plus.

MSA also gives you a flexible way to pay your bills and adjusts at their end to meet the expectation of our different client needs in terms of billing and reporting.

Another thing that I really admired about MSA is that they are transparent to their customer in all aspects; specially on the Billing Usage and Isolation/Troubleshooting. This makes me will feel strongly confident that my carrier will not let me down and never leave me without support.
